As an integrative counsellor, I bring to my work an interest in attachment, child development and relational body psychotherapy. This means that I pay particular attention to early childhood experiences and relationship patterns, as well as our here-and-now experience, especially that which is most difficult to articulate. Most importantly, I listen and attend to what you bring to each session.

I have experience of working with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, chronic ambivalence and indecision, infertility, adoption and parenting.

I have worked in a play therapy setting with children at a South London primary school, and with adults at therapy services in North and South London.
