Experience
As an integrative counsellor, I bring to my work an interest in Attachment Theory, child development and relational body psychotherapy. This means that I will pay particular attention to your early childhood experiences and relationship patterns throughout your life, as well as our here-and-now embodied experience in the room, especially that which is difficult to articulate. Most importantly, I will listen and attend to what you bring to each session.
I have experience of working with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, chronic ambivalence and indecision, infertility, menopause, adoption and parenting.
As well as several years in private practice, I have worked in a play therapy setting with children at a South London primary school, and at adult therapy services in North and South London.
